Confidentiality of Donors: Donors are assured confidentiality if requested and where allowed by law. When responding to direct mail solicitations, the donor may check a box on the remittance envelope to request that the donor’s name be omitted from agency publications. If marked, the request for confidentiality applies to all published lists of donors. Donor’s email may be added to the agency’s email list where donors can unsubscribe at any time.
