Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio

Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio provides free business legal services to local nonprofit organizations like Santa Maria Community Services. We do this by matching a qualifying nonprofit with one of our 500+ volunteer lawyers who can help with a range of business law matters including corporate structure and governance, contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and real estate. The idea is that if we can help a nonprofit organization with its business legal needs, it will be stronger and better able to fulfill its mission. We provide all our services without charge through the generous support of donors and the volunteer service of members of the legal community.
