Confidentiality of Donors: Donors are assured confidentiality if requested and where allowed by law.
- In direct mail solicitations, the donor may check a box on the remittance envelope to request that the donor's name be omitted from agency publications. If marked, the request for confidentiality applies to all published lists of donors.
- Donor information will not be sold or given to outside organizations or individuals unless approved by the Board of Trustees.
